Terms of Service

Updated on July 14th, 2025.

1. Service Provider, Service and Formation of Agreement

This agreement applies to Aveil's parking service and related additional services provided by Aveil Ltd (business ID 3474475-3, hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”). Aveil is a vehicle transfer and parking service offered by Aveil Ltd, available in selected areas.

Customers can purchase the service by phone or through the company's website by completing the booking form. The Service Provider confirms the reservation by sending the customer a payment link. The agreement is formed between the Service Provider and the customer upon completion of the payment. By paying for the service, the customer agrees to the general terms and conditions outlined in this document.

2. Service Description

Aveil's parking service includes transferring the vehicle at an agreed time from a designated drop-off point to a parking area assigned by the Service Provider and returning it to an agreed location at a specified time. Upon request, customers may order additional paid services, such as car washing, electric vehicle charging, or other supplementary services provided during the agreement period. The Service Provider may use external subcontractors to deliver the services unless otherwise agreed.

The service utilises private parking facilities provided by third parties.

The service is designed for standard passenger cars. It does not cover vans, motorcycles, trailers, or other specialised vehicles.

3. Prices and Payments

Current prices are available at aveil.fi. Prices include VAT. Payments can be made via the payment link or by invoice, with the due date being the date of the order. Aveil reserves the right to adjust service prices.

Additional charges may apply in the following situations:
a) The customer orders additional services or modifies the service duration after the initial booking.
b) The customer orders services (e.g., refuelling) whose costs cannot be predetermined or are provided by an external service provider.

Additional charges must be paid before the agreement ends or as invoiced by the subcontractor. The Service Provider reserves the right not to perform the service. If the service cannot be provided as agreed, payments will be refunded for the part of the service not delivered.

4. Changes and Cancellations

Customers may cancel the service or part of it free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. For cancellations made later, the Service Provider reserves the right to withhold part of the payment.

Customers may request changes to the service schedule, pick-up or return location, or additional services. The Service Provider will endeavour to accommodate these changes but is not obligated to accept them. Any additional costs arising from the changes will be charged after the request is approved.

Changes and cancellations must be communicated via email to [email protected] or by phone at +358 50 5854077.

5. Service Provider's Liability

The Service Provider holds liability and property damage insurance. The Service Provider is liable for damage to the vehicle during its custody, to the extent that the damage results from the actions of the Service Provider or subcontractors. This covers the transfer and parking of the vehicle.

The Service Provider is not liable for damage caused by mechanical failures of the vehicle (e.g. engine or tyre issues).

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle has passed a valid periodic inspection, is roadworthy and complies with all legal requirements. Additionally, the customer must ensure that the vehicle is equipped with season-appropriate tires (summer tires during the summer season and winter tires during the winter season).

If mechanical issues with the vehicle incur additional costs for the Service Provider, the customer is responsible for such costs, including towing services and any extra personnel or operational expenses.

If the customer breaches the above-mentioned terms, the service provider has the right to charge the customer for all additional costs incurred as a result.

6. Personal Data Processing

The Service Provider processes customer personal data to deliver and improve the service. The data processed includes the customer's name, phone number, email address, and vehicle registration number. Travel-related identifiers may also be processed to align the service with the customer's travel schedule.

Personal data is stored and processed in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR EU 2016/679). Data will not be disclosed to third parties without the customer's consent. Customers have the right to request copies of their data and demand its deletion by contacting customer service via email at [email protected].

7. Other Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to update these terms and conditions by notifying customers on its website.
